We may be small but we are mighty. Our paid communities tend to have a 70-80% adoption rate of the products and services we put in front of them. Our free community is much less but still very responsive to the value we put out and the recommendations we make.

This is our public website which is tied to our homepage revagencysyndicate.com. All of our prospects are driven to this homepage to get more information about our programs as well as to sign up. Additionally, all of our members and non-members are driven directly to our “freesources” page to find links for our preferred vendors, products, and services.

Email List - We actively send 30,000-50,000 emails per month with our website and social communities linked

This is a newer venture of ours and it's starting to take off. We already have quite the e-mail list we've been warming up for a long time and we are beginning to drip on this list steadily. At the moment we are currently sending between 15 and 30,000 emails per month to this list and over the course of time as we continue to warm our campaigns our goal is to eventually hit this entire list once a month while growing this list significantly. Sponsors who pay to be seen through these will be added to a separate private preferred vendor page for just those individuals and companies. That private page is hyperlinked at multiple points throughout every e-mail we send. (The private page mirrors the public page with the exception of who is allowed to be on it. Sponsors not paying for this privilege will not be put on the private page that is hyperlinked and shared via e-mail.)

Member Portals – Active portal users on both the paid communities as well as free trainings access

All of our paid members have a member portal they access on a daily and weekly basis to get access to previously recorded trainings, tools and resources, and very recently additional community chats. Over the years as we have put on free trainings for non-paid members, they have had the opportunity to get access to those recordings which has been delivered through member portals as well. As a paid sponsor, anyone who has access to a member portal whether they are a paid member or just getting free access to previous training we'll have your website and or contact information put in front of them every time they log in.

Virtual Training Exposure

REV Runs 3-5 virtual trainings per week 52 weeks per year and has been doing so for over 3 years. Depending on a member or nonmembers’ access level they will have access to one or more or all of these. Additionally, non-members have access to these training courses typically 1-2 times per month and have the option to opt into receiving the training recording in their free access member portal. When we run virtual trainings, we always start them out with a disclosure page as we wait for folks to arrive. Your company will be listed on this disclosure page for everyone to look at for 5 or 10 minutes before every single training. When the recorded training is put in their member portals it will still include this portion of the training making this an Evergreen asset inside of hundreds and thousands of individual's portals. In doing so they will not only see you while you are a paying sponsor but if you should ever choose to no longer sponsor REV they will still see you on those particular trainings in perpetuity. As REV continues to grow, so will your exposure.

Private REV Community Pages

Our private communities are for paid members only. All of our paid members collaborate daily inside of these groups with each other as well as come to these communities to find quick links for all the tools resources that we recommend and provide. A pretty typical week will see 90 plus percent of our members participating in these community chats and resource centers.

Winning @ Insurance – Our free community for insurance agents and financial advisors

The winning add insurance Facebook group is free for all insurance agents and financial advisors. Though this is not the largest Facebook group on the platform it is by far one of the most engaging from the feedback we have gotten from hundreds of other agents as well as other folks who run larger Facebook groups. Our members are very often engaged and paying attention as we put information and resources out there.
